Every product is created specifically for you the moment you place your order. This production process eliminates waste, ensuring that no products are made unnecessarily or discarded. While this means a delivery time of 4 to 6 working days, it allows us to create a more sustainable and responsible approach to production.
Our warranty and returns agreement is valid for 14 days. Returns within the 14-day period are free of charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
To return your product, simply send an email to retourneren@jikc.nl. You’ll receive all necessary instructions and a confirmation.
