Warranty and Returns Agreement
Return Period
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer a full refund or return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returning Items
To return your product, you will need to send an email to retourneren@jikc.nl. You will then receive a return form and confirmation of your return request.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
Damaged Products Delivered?
If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 3 days of receiving it, including photos of the damaged product and the packaging. This will allow us to notify the courier in a timely manner.
We will then ensure a suitable solution, so that you receive a proper product.
When Will No Refund Be Issued?
Refunds will not be issued for items that:
- Are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
